Pre-Cap Stock Purchasing Plan + Bonus
Regardless of where you are in your career, an agent can win at Real with every single transaction. Each year before capping, you can make the choice to invest up to 5% of your commission in the form of company stock, and the company rewards you by giving you a 15% bonus at the end of your anniversary year.

Capping Stock Award
We believe if agents are hitting high production targets, we’re building stronger, more productive agents who will help our company thrive. When you hit your $12,000 cap, Real rewards you with 250 company shares.

Post-Cap Stock Purchasing Plan + Bonus
Our model encourages you to succeed by selling and ensures that the more you produce, the more you can earn. Once you’ve capped, you can choose to invest up to 10% of your commission in the form of company stock, and the company rewards you with a 30% bonus at the end of your anniversary year.

Elite Agent Production Award
At Real, we reward our high performers. Once you reach a certain level, you’re awarded $16,000 of company restricted stock and your transaction fees are slashed by more than 50% until your next anniversary date.

Elite Agent Cultural Award
If you’re reaching Elite Agent status, we believe you have something to give back to your community. If you're this level of producer, we believe you can share and teach other agents how to do what you do. If you agree to teach 1x per month in our Real Academy, then we’ll give you an additional $8,000 in company restricted stock units (RSUs) on a 3-year vesting schedule.

Attracting Stock Award
We encourage Real agents to bring other top producers to the organization. When you attract someone to the company, and that person closes their first qualified deal, you get rewarded with 125 units of company restricted stock.

Revenue Share
Other brokerages have their own version of revenue share, but individual agents don’t always benefit. Real determined we could do it better by being honorable to every agent that joins our company. At Real, we built our highest payout into the initial tier, so that if you’re working with other agents who you think are strong producers, you’re motivated to bring them on board.
